WESCOL TS7 Two-Stage Nitrogen Regulator – 300 Bar, 0–10 Bar
The WESCOL TS7 Two-Stage Nitrogen Regulator (Part No. RE0202) is designed for precise and controlled nitrogen gas pressure regulation in professional and industrial gas systems. Featuring a two-stage regulator design, it supports a maximum inlet pressure of 300 bar and provides an adjustable outlet pressure range of 0–10 bar, making it suitable for applications requiring stable and dependable nitrogen delivery.
The two-stage configuration progressively reduces the high cylinder pressure before delivering the required working pressure. Compared with conventional single-stage regulation, this arrangement helps provide more consistent outlet pressure as cylinder pressure decreases, reducing the need for frequent pressure readjustment during operation.
The regulator is equipped with separate high-pressure (HP) and low-pressure (LP) gauges, allowing the operator to monitor both cylinder pressure and regulated outlet pressure. Both gauges have a 50 mm diameter, comply with ISO 5171, and display pressure in bar, kPa and psi.
Built around a robust CW614N brass body, the TS7 incorporates an ABS control knob, elastomer valve seat and diaphragm, steel springs, elastomer seals and a bronze inlet filter. The regulator is manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 2503 and features a BS 341 No. 3 inlet connection together with a G3/8 outlet connection.
For dependable operation and quality assurance, every regulator undergoes 100% leak checking, pressure testing, function testing and visual inspection. The high- and low-pressure ports are clearly marked “HP” and “LP”, while the date of manufacture is permanently engraved on the regulator body for product identification and traceability.

Two-Stage Nitrogen Regulation
The WESCOL TS7 uses a two-stage pressure-regulation configuration to reduce nitrogen cylinder pressure progressively to the required working pressure. With a maximum inlet pressure of 300 bar and an adjustable 0–10 bar outlet range, it provides controlled nitrogen delivery for professional gas installations and industrial applications.
The dual-gauge configuration provides independent monitoring of the high-pressure cylinder side and the low-pressure outlet side, enabling operators to monitor both gas supply and regulated working pressure during operation.
