WESCOL Two-Stage Oxygen Regulator – 300 Bar, 0–10 Bar

The WESCOL TS7 Two-Stage Oxygen Regulator (Part No. RE0201) is designed for controlled oxygen gas pressure regulation in professional gas systems. Featuring a two-stage regulator design, it supports a maximum inlet pressure of 300 bar and provides an adjustable outlet pressure range of 0–10 bar, making it suitable for applications requiring stable and controlled oxygen delivery.

The regulator is equipped with separate high-pressure (HP) and low-pressure (LP) gauges, allowing operators to monitor both cylinder pressure and regulated outlet pressure. Both gauges have a 50 mm diameter, comply with ISO 5171, and display pressure in bar, kPa and psi.

Built around a robust CW614N brass body, the TS7 incorporates an ABS control knob, elastomer valve seat and diaphragm, steel springs, elastomer seals and a bronze inlet filter. The regulator is manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 2503 and uses a BS 341 No. 3 inlet connection with a G3/8 outlet connection.
For quality assurance, each regulator undergoes 100% leak testing, pressure testing, function testing and visual inspection before release. Permanent body markings identify the high- and low-pressure ports, while the date of manufacture is engraved and externally visible for traceability.

Two-Stage Oxygen Regulation

The TS7 uses a two-stage regulator configuration to reduce high cylinder pressure to the required working pressure. With a maximum inlet rating of 300 bar and an adjustable 0–10 bar outlet range, it provides a practical pressure-control solution for oxygen gas systems.

The regulator incorporates both high-pressure and low-pressure gauges, enabling simultaneous monitoring of cylinder pressure and regulated outlet pressure during operation.
