The WESCOL Optimiser CO₂ Regulator is a high-performance two-stage gas regulator with integrated flowmeter, designed to provide precise and stable gas delivery for CO₂ shielding gas applications.
Unlike conventional single-stage regulators, the two-stage design reduces cylinder pressure progressively through two pressure-reduction stages. The first stage reduces the high inlet pressure, while the second stage provides precise delivery pressure, helping maintain a stable and consistent gas flow as cylinder pressure decreases. This minimizes the need for frequent readjustment and provides reliable gas control throughout operation.
Designed for professional welding and industrial applications, the Optimiser CO₂ Regulator supports a maximum inlet pressure of 300 bar and provides an adjustable flow range of 0–30 LPM. Its polycarbonate flowmeter tube provides 2% accuracy (Class 10 in accordance with BS EN ISO 2503) for accurate CO₂ shielding gas flow control.
The regulator features a robust CW614N brass body, ergonomic ABS control knob, elastomer valve seat and diaphragm, bronze inlet filter, and high-quality internal components for dependable service in demanding working environments.
Manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 2503, the regulator is subjected to comprehensive quality inspection including 100% leak testing, pressure testing, function testing and visual inspection.
